1.1 TLDs operated by TLD Registry LTD will have an End-Date Sunrise process as defined by ICANN.

2.1 Eligible for registrations under Sunrise are holders of TMCH-validated trademarks in any jurisdiction.

2.2 Eligible names are defined by the Registry Registration Policy and ICANN defined policies.

3.1 Disputes will be handled in accordance with the defined Sunrise Dispute Resolution Policy as published on the Registry website.

3.2 Parties that involved in contention do not reach an agreement will be solved by Auction.
